少兒英語老師

職位描述

1、教授3-16歲少年兒童英文課程。
2、對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行課前輔導(dǎo)與課后預(yù)習(xí)，及時(shí)與家長溝通學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況。
3、收集學(xué)生/家長的反饋信息并及時(shí)做出回復(fù)，協(xié)助處理學(xué)生/家長投訴。
4、配合學(xué)校組織的各種教學(xué)活動(dòng)和市場活動(dòng)，如demo課，答謝會(huì)等。

任職要求:
1、大專以上學(xué)歷，幼教、心理學(xué)、教育學(xué)、小學(xué)教育、英語相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2、英語專業(yè)四級(jí)，口語流利，發(fā)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3、有教師資格證書
4、二年以上幼教經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
5、性格開朗活潑，有愛心，有責(zé)任心，有耐心，注重細(xì)節(jié)。
6、態(tài)度積極、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，有創(chuàng)造力。
7、 喜歡小孩，對(duì)少兒教育有熱情。

1. following scholastic course system to teach english for 3-16 years old children & teenagers.
2. responsible for whole learning process for students. help the students to do pre-learning and review， keep a close contact with parents about learning progress.
