招聘西餐廚師米其林學(xué)徒!!

跟隨兩位米其林三星UV的元老學(xué)習(xí)亞歐融合菜，對(duì)個(gè)人人品及學(xué)習(xí)能力以及工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)態(tài)度有較高要求

崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)西餐菜品制作，確保每道菜品符合品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
2、把控菜品質(zhì)量，從選材到烹飪?nèi)瘫O(jiān)督，保證食品安全與衛(wèi)生；
3、與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)工作流程，提升整體出品效率；
4、持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)際西餐烹飪趨勢(shì)，適時(shí)引入創(chuàng)新元素，豐富菜單選擇。

任職要求：
1、精通西餐烹飪技藝，對(duì)中餐和西餐都具備實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能獨(dú)立處理復(fù)雜西餐菜品；
2、熟悉食品安全法規(guī)，有較強(qiáng)的衛(wèi)生意識(shí)，能夠嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行廚房操作規(guī)范；
3、具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能夠與廚師及其他廚房人員有效溝通；
4、熱愛(ài)西餐文化，追求卓越，對(duì)食材有敏銳的洞察力，注重細(xì)節(jié)。
